I have formally delivered a legal demand letter, prepared with legal advisors and counsel, to Adventure One QSS Inc. d/b/a Polymarket, the Panama-incorporated entity publicly identified with Polymarket’s international platform.

This matter will be pursued under applicable Panamanian law and other relevant jurisdictions.

The rule said “sells,” not “discloses.”

I will continue pursuing every lawful path available until this receives a fair review.

I was just scammed for $500K by Polymarket.

I am "willo2", the top holder of YES on "MicroStrategy sells Bitcoin by May 31st".

So I decided to make my first bet on @Polymarket today and this sh¡t show happened in real time in front of my eyes… Such a HUGE disappointment! Left with a sour taste and a feeling of being scammed. Surely, I wouldn’t use this platform anymore.

My issue isn't the outcome of the @Polymarket MicroStrategy market.

It's that the line:

"Confirmation achieved outside of the market's time frame does not qualify."

was ADDED LATER.

That single sentence changes the interpretation of the market.

If that line had been there from day one, I'm sure many traders, myself included, would've made different decisions or not taken the YES side at all.

MicroStrategy sold Bitcoin, but the market resolved "No"

they sold BTC on May 26, but only reported it today

yes, they really did sell, but @Polymarket ruled that the confirmation came outside the market's timeframe

their official clarification:

"No information from MSTR, on-chain data, or consensus of credible reporting confirmed that MicroStrategy sold Bitcoin within the market's timeframe. Confirmation achieved outside of the market's timeframe does not qualify."

I got rekted here, but lesson learned: never bet against Polymarket whales. they know exactly how these markets work 💀
