After going over the key pieces you pointed out and even after trying to get them to line up "line for line" like you claim, they just flat out don't. They are the same or similar shape most likely because they are of the same character in the same generic bust pose.

At the end of it, I still don't believe that the art was traced just because 1-2 pieces somewhat line up. If you have to keep frankensteining it to fit your narrative, it's not traced.
