@DrHairyChic0 I don't mind learning, why do you think so? Is it a noob trap in BO1 CTS Champions Ladder? In BO3 OTS I think it's healthy, which VGC is, I just dislike stall

@HewynSettler Along with a SIGNATURE MOVE that's Solar Beam in Rain mixed with Meteor Beam's +1, it can hit the water types that resist it's steel stab with it, and it still gets the +1 when attacking into Protect
