Your customer care executives are on another level, One executive fooled me by saying refund is initiated and will be credited in 2 hours but when I checked later with another executive he said there’s no record of any such thing, @Swiggy@SwiggyCares please do better.

Hi @rollsmania can you please clarify if any outlet can stop serving combos anytime. Outlet in bhopal is denying to give combos and saying they have stopped it for months but I have been ordering many times. Manager Rajiv from Minal branch is saying they can’t do anything.
