Together with pupils from Ballymena Academy and Cambridge House Grammar School, our GCSE languages students learnt about the wide range of opportunities to study languages further and the different career pathways with languages. The world is their oyster!

Happy European Day of Languages!!! Students enjoyed a quiz about the language learning experiences of their teachers, followed a 'languages facts' trail and took part in a German language taster lesson.
It was wonderful to welcome back past pupil Jude to talk to our year 11s about his year abroad in Grenoble and the opportunities available to them in the future. We look forward to hearing about his future adventures with languages. Merci Jude!

Yesterday Economics students received an insightful presentation from Rian Patterson & Vangelis Marangudakis. Rian is a former Head Boy who went on to study Economics with French and now provides Economic Briefing and Policy Analysis for the @Economy_NI@SLGBallymena@SlgCareers
