I can't find it! There was this Godzilla game, in the melee series of games, and it had two segmented health bars. One that was how many health bars you had left and one was just... your health bar. I can't find it anywhere, no matter how many videos I watch! But I know it was!

Is there a strategy game that has puppet states/vassals be, for lack of a better term, interesting? I don't really know how to describe it, but in most games it seems like puppets have their AI nerfed to the floor, along with interactions with them being minimal after vassalage.
