You know this guy @jfreewright could play ball? Crazy he moonlights as an Emmy and Golden Globe winning, Oscar nominated actor. Over the years he’s been an advocate and contributor to the game. In a lot of ways, but usually behind the scenes. This time though, quite brave of him to let this jock direct him for our 2026 championship campaign.
My note was to get out of the way and let the All American do his thing.
@TravisHolcombe It IS sad - for me. You have been the source of so much musical discovery. 90% of my playlist must be related to your shows. Good luck in your next venture. Hope it’s something I can hear.
Look I will happily take whatever it is Trump is now saying but the idea that ‘yellow lighting’ a regime-change war by Israel, wiping out facilities without destroying uranium stockpiles, admitting to using diplomacy as a ruse, calling for regime change, and then the next day saying you want world peace was some grand master plan is genuinely laughable
The sheer schizophrenia of US policy in the last week should give very few confidence that this is serious and can’t start up again at any time

Huge thanks to @jfreewright ‘87 for returning to Amherst today to speak with the team. We value collaboration in every aspect of our program, so it was impactful for us to hear him speak about how he applies the collaborative skills honed at Amherst to the work he does today.
