@Saxon_African @Vodacom In a day if I get 20-30 calls, I upgrade 6 customers and cancel 2-3 customers, for the remaining customers the contracts won’t be cancelled but you will be informed that the contract has been cancelled

@Saxon_African @Vodacom Basically we had to retain customers from cancelling, by upgrading. The upgrading percentage or number had to be higher than the cancellation percentage. For example upgrade at least 6 customers and cancel at least 2-3 customers a day.
