NO it’s not ‘good’ we walked away from our TOP 2 midfield options due to money. Every Prem Proven player worth their salt is going to have a huge price tag in this market.
The fact of the matter is, Spurs with Tonali & Fernandes already have already leapfrogged United’s midfield.
If we want anyone proven with quality it’s going to cost no matter what!

🚨Gary Neville on Calvert-Lewin not getting a red card:
I guess it’s only considered violent conduct when it involves a Manchester United player. This is exactly the same offense Lisandro Martinez was given a straight red card for. When it’s not a United player, their eyes are suddenly closed.
The inconsistency in these decisions is frustrating and honestly raises serious questions about officiating standards. Fans just want fairness and clear application of the rules across the board, regardless of the club or player involved.
It’s unfair, to be honest, and I really don’t understand why it keeps happening.
🚨Roy Keane on Bruno Fernandes:
“I don’t understand why people act like what Bruno is doing is normal. 18 assists in a season and we’re treating it like it’s expected? That’s not normal, that’s elite.
Some of the greatest midfielders we’ve ever seen, like Zinedine Zidane and Andrés Iniesta, never even hit those numbers in a single season. That tells you everything.
We’re watching a player deliver at the highest level, week in, week out and instead of appreciating it, people downplay it. I don’t get that.”
In today's fixture where Brentford faced Fulham, Calvin Bassey's hair was clearly tugged at yet no red card was shown.
What makes it even stranger is that it was officiated by the same referee that sent Martinez off vs Leeds.
Scandalous.
So again, a certain club had a manager and 2 senior players call the refs/PGMOL cheats/corrupt and they missed not a single minute of a game.
This is weakness and a clear double standard from the FA!
That Maguire ban is a disgrace! Taking this long to tell us a key defender will miss a game 3 days away. Meant to be the best league in the world and it's fell off massively this year. Also why didn't Rodri get a ban for what he said about Refs?
