Black Cubans are anybody with 70-100% which is around 17% of the Cuban population. White Cubans are roughly 33-40% of the population and they 1/3rd of Cubans have 90-99% european

Black DNA is very normal in Cuba you’re right so is being European, 1/3rd of Cubans are 90-99% European

The reason Cubans rank higher in european is because there is little indigenous and white cubans are not mixed with black. White Cubans are more mixed with North African Guanches from Isleños
