Team @Slintel_Inc is super creative in most things but they've outdone themselves for @AnupreetLamba's campaign to be @chilipiper's top sales leader poll. Can't stop LOLing at the pose and the photoshop job.

In the great words of @manjitminhas, "What gets measured, gets done"
What an incredible way and session to kick off our annual revenue event, Mark Ebert. We're so pumped for the rest of #FKO2022@6senseInc
They say time well spent is time well saved and in business, time is #money.
This means every SDR and Account Executive worth their salt knows the more time they spend qualifying leads, the quicker they get to close deals.
If acing sales in 2022 is high up on your list of priorities, we have some news for you π
We have @cynthiambarnes and Marcus A. Chan with us to show us how it's done in our Rambling Sessions #webinar with @AnupreetLamba π₯
One thing we know for sure, @LataneConant really knows how to hold the attention of a crowd!
Her power-packed session left everyone feeling inspired for the future.
It really is onwards and upwards from hereπ
#Breakthrough2021@6senseInc
With #Breakthrough2021 kicking off, we're ready with our morning coffee to keep up with the energy around here β
Weβre so proud to be a part of the @6senseInc family.
Hereβs to the next stage of the #RevTechRevolution π
#3 Pitches and Mock exercises
Ask the applicant to #pitch the most random of things like for example- the color black. This will require them to be quick on their feet and think of ways to pitch to you. By doing this, you can gauge their readiness and #creativity.
In continuation of sharing what we learned from Kasturi Das Talukadar from one of our Rambling Sessions, we bring to you another thread on -
What are some good #interview questions/exercises that will help you identify quality #SDRs? ππ§΅
#2 What do you know about the company you are interviewing for?
This will allow you to understand if the applicant has researched about the company, who they are interviewing for etc. This shows their readiness, their ability to #research, and their #passion for the role.
#9 Communication: Part 2
I ask the applicant to pitch @whatfix to me. If they end up using words like digital adoption or artificial intelligence. Then that is a red flag.
On the other hand, if they manage to pitch it to me using laymanβs language, then that is a win in my book!
In one of our #RamblingSessions, we spoke to Kasturi Das Talukadar, who recently interviewed 450 prospective SDRs as to what her #hiring secret sauce was. Hereβs a mega thread of what she has to say ππ§΅
#8 Communication: Part 1
Look for candidates that can articulate well as opposed to using techie jargon language. They should be able to solve the prospect's #painpoint with simple, clear, and concise language.
