@BemusedBehemoth Iirc the coffee was something stupid like ~190°F /~90°C, so caused permenant disfigurement to her groin area. Also, all she wanted was for Maccies to cover her healthcare costs, which were about $20K. Which was a piss in the ocean to them. But they refused and it then escalated.
