Splits can get very tricky because most of the time people go off of what they FEEL like they should be getting VS what they actually deserve.

It also gets tricky when people add stuff to the music AFTER it’s “done” for example, adding a sample or an even better one making 2 songs into 1 song. So 2 separate beats/songs is considered as 1 song….the splits on them type of songs are CRAZY. You might end up with 1-3 percent after all that splitting. So really you don’t make much money from a song that is being split up so crazy.

I was saying all that to say this: If you add something to a song or beat that should deducted from YOUR split and not everyone else.
