@MicrosoftHelps is the most unhelpful customer support platform I've ever encountered. We've been trying for 3 months to get admin control back from a disgruntled ex-exmployee and no one will help

@MicrosoftHelps Our Teams account was hijacked by a disgruntled ex-employee who went in and made himself the only administrator.
I can't contact Microsoft to get him removed because they only provide support to the admin certified accounts.
