It took me reporting you @sendwaveapp to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking Services for me to get my money back? I’m never going to download or use your app again. And I’m going to make it my mission to let people know you’re a terrible company.

It’s September now, where is my Money? @sendwaveapp

[Slo @Sloblea]

It’s been almost three months and I’m still asking where is my Money? @sendwaveapp

[Slo @Sloblea]

Hi @sendwaveapp i am still waiting to get any good response on where my refund is. I work so hard for my money for you to just take it and don’t tell me anything. Where is my money? It’s been 2 months

@sendwaveapp @Sendwave, I want to make something very clear. After I posted my review about my missing refund, I reached out to you again today to try to resolve this issue.
Instead of helping me, I was told that my account is now blocked and that I cannot get my money back.
I reported the transfer mistake the same day, MTN confirmed the number was deactivated and the transaction was blocked, and I was told to wait 30 days for my refund. It has now been almost 60 days.
So after I publicly shared my experience and reached out again, I’m being told I’m blocked and won’t get my money back?
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I want my money back and a clear explanation of what happened.

@sendwaveapp I’m extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled.
I accidentally sent money to my late grandfather’s old MTN number because he and my dad have the same name. I contacted Sendwave the same day and they told me to contact @MTN. MTN confirmed that the number was deactivated and the transaction was blocked.
Sendwave told me to wait 30 days for my refund. It has now been almost 60 days, and I still have no refund or clear update.
I have been patient, but this is unacceptable. I just want my money back and an explanation.
@sendwaveapp , please resolve this. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing you for my own money.
