@CityPowerJhb @AlettaRheeder1 Hi IM, MM, there is an audit trail of update requests from Honeydew Ridge residents since 1am this morning which clearly displays deliberate and intentional disregard from City Power agents.
It's been 18 hours since the first update request and you are still following up?

Is it because there's no intention of attending to the fault today hence no update/ ignoring requests?

There are over a hundred requests for updates since 1am this morning and all requests have been ignored with no update at all. Has City Power instructed agents not to provide updates for Honeydew Ridge?

We need to understand if there is perhaps a political stance associated to City Power's abandonment of Honeydew Ridge.
