I cannot and will not get behind a stadium in Indiana. This isn't the same situation as NY. We have the space in the burbs and it makes sense. Bears were founded in IL, have played for over 100 years in IL, and must remain here. Make it happen.
I genuinely don’t give a fuck what the ABS system says … that ain’t a strike.
You shouldn’t be able to miss your spot THAT BADLY and still get the call for strike three.
What are we even doing?
Pete Crow-Armstrong should have been ejected for his vulgar tirade at a female fan yesterday and he should also be suspended.
Refer to MLB rule 6.04(a)(2).
If we’re being serious PCA should be fined or suspended for telling a fan to suck his dick.
MLB rule 4.06 “Players in uniform shall not address or mingle with spectators, nor sit in the stands before, during, or after a game.”
This could be possible jail time honestly
@Thomas_hook Murakami is the better hitter without question, but Busch is going to push for a gold glove this year on top of being a good bat in the heart of the lineup
@SoxSideJustin Is this bait or genuine? It’s the same city. It’s as easy to get to the rate as it is Wrigley. It’s a beautiful Friday evening in Chicago - why not go? Lol
Or is it so shocking that a fanbase would show up for their team? (Sorry had to slip it in there lol)
@_TheoHuxtable The only thing I care about with regard to the Sox is that they lose when we play them (like any other opponent) and that the cancer that is Jerry sells this team so we can have some good orgs in this city again. Cause as long as Jerry is there, the Sox and Bulls are fucked
I don’t get it..are we not supposed to care about Cubs games if they play the Sox? Or is this loser just telling on himself that he literally cannot stop thinking about the Cubs?
Matthew Boyd had successful partial left knee menisectomy, per the team. No timetable yet but could be in the range of a month or so. Team also DFA’d Corbin Martin who blew the save last night.
Carter Hawkins on Matthew Boyd's timeline for a return: "It's more than a month for sure, and then we'll kind of figure it out from there. It was not a full repair. It was more of a trimming (of the meniscus)."
