@SenWarren We need a full independent government spending audit. To your point, if I plant an apple tree I should pay you tax on the expected future amount of apples produced? But the tree could wither before those apples grow, then what?
@GunnelsWarren This is all ridiculous. When it comes to the government there is never enough money for them. Just a little bit more and we will provide X or solve X problem. Whatever the goal of promise is will always be a little bit out of reach.

Cutting snap? Is it not removing fraud and eliminating non essential items such as junk food? Also, removing junk food from snap eligibility has started to reduce the price of those products. Without subsidies and government interference, product prices will start to reflect what the actual consumer market is willing to pay.
