@AmericanAir We got split up because multiple people had the same seat assignment, but glad on your end it said whatever. It also said the plane departed at 2:43.... Doesn't matter. This is the lame customer service I have come to expect from American Airlines. Money over everything right?

@AmericanAir AA1833 was NOT delayed because of weather. Do not gaslight us. We boarded the plane... There are free radar apps. American Airlines is a joke and lies to not give credits.

@AmericanAir Definitely not seated together. Another terrible experience from American Airlines. It's sunny and there is no sign of bad weather. American Airlines lies about the weather to get out of giving credits. Changed our seats and didn't communicate. But I guess lying saves them money!

@AAirhelpline No way. I did that before and it was a call from Kenya. SCAM! I will be talking to every other passenger I can to tell them to get credit for this flight. It was NOT weather.

@AmericanAir American Airlines changed our seats. I now am not sitting with my wife and children. WTF? Great customer service. Again, they keep saying it was due to weather but there has been no weather. American Airlines LIES!

@AmericanAir Also a flight left for West Palm Beach 45 minutes before this flight was supposed to take off.... if it was weather, why would you have the plane half boarded. I was told it was because you needed the plane for a "more important flight"
