— OpenAI ships useful stuff. For example, the GPT-4o model is incredibly fast and 50% cheaper, and the voice improvement is incredible. It's widely available.
— Google announces stuff that looks great in I/O presentations but isn't really useable or even released in many cases. It's mostly vaporware.

It's fantastic to see a company with real potential to disrupt Google.
