The Tax Office chased him for almost a decade over alleged tax fraud. He settled without admission when Julia Gillard was PM and was never charged. Then he called the United States a "great tax haven."

And the left-wing media are now cheering his pelican line? They spent 40 years building Hogan into a national saint, then tore him apart over his money and his marriage. They lift him up and drop him whenever it suits.

Hogan can call Pauline Hanson's Please Explain whatever he likes from Los Angeles. The difference is she still has to answer to Australian voters, and he hasn't for two decades.
