- why open long AND short perpetual contracts while they only used the long to create unrealised profit base for borrowing?

If FR>0 the set-up would be Perpetual short + Spot long correct?
One other question, in your example with FR<0 you Spot short and receive an amount in USDC. Can you deposit these and receive interest?
