CT sentiment is the worst that I have seen in very long time. Feels just like mid to late 2022 did.

During that period I took an enforced break from crypto, mainly because I kept getting liquidated 😂

Fast forward to early 2023, I managed to catch Bitcoin at 15.5K with 10x margin. The rest is history 😎

I guess what I’m trying to say is, take breaks, keep your mind clear. There will always be opportunities but you need to ensure that your mental state is ready for another run, otherwise you will make knee jerk reactions and fade obvious plays because of ptsd.
