Why has FAKE NEWS The New York Times @nytimes, from 2020 to today, consistently aligned its attacks on me and on the truth of #COVID19 origin with the CCP’s persecution narrative against me?
- It is a direct violation of basic journalistic ethics and whistleblower protection!
1. Since Jan 19, 2020, I have been blowing the whistle on the true origin of #COVID19 via Lude Media @lude_media: that it came from the CCP’s top-secret military bioweapons system as an “Unrestricted Bioweapon,” and was intentionally released into the Wuhan community, causing this historic pandemic.
For nearly six years, this truth has not been disproven—it has been increasingly validated by U.S. intelligence and by Congress.
2. The NYT fully knew that I am formally identified in U.S. DOJ documents as a victim of the CCP’s transnational repression for exposing the truth about COVID-19 origin.
Yet even with this knowledge, the NYT continued to publish narratives that mirror CCP propaganda, launching sustained character assassination and evidence attacks against me.
3. Based on its long-term pattern of conduct, the reporting by
Katie J.M. Baker, Lily Kuo (recently labeled a “Third Rate Reporter” by President Trump), Julie Tate, and Amy Chang Chien constitutes propaganda-style journalism that has objectively amplified the CCP’s transnational repression of a whistleblower.
4. In its Dec 7, 2025 article, the NYT—fully aware that my mother remains inside China under strict CCP control and without real freedom—still obtained CCP cooperation to “interview” her and presented the CCP’s narrative as “my mother’s own words.”
In objective effect, this constitutes media assistance to the CCP’s “Fox Hunt” transnational repression operation targeting me.
5. My husband Dr. Ranawaka A. P. M. Perera (Mahen) directly participated in a CCP “Fox Hunt” operation to lure and trap me for capture.
By promoting his narrative, the NYT stood on the side of a CCP kidnapping and coercion campaign to smear and silence a whistleblower.
6. At the same time, Katie Baker explicitly pressured me—under the pretext of a “last chance”—to hand over the names of my sources on COVID-19 truth!
In the real-world context of the CCP’s transnational repression, this is not journalism. This is coercion.
7. This Dec 7, 2025 NYT article deliberately reduced a historic public-health truth that concerns all humanity into a story of so-called “family conflict” and “political conspiracy—committing yet another double character assassination: against me and against the truth itself.
8. This is not only a collapse of journalistic ethics. It is a grave disregard for human civilization’s bottom line and the collective right to survival—while providing public-opinion cover for authoritarian persecution.
History will render its final judgment!
