Yesterday, we closed @aniargalway for our winter break. We will be closed for five weeks until February 9th. Then, we will open Aniar 2.0 with a brand new kitchen by @SmarterCatering and a brand new dining room designed by Marmar architects. We have just signed another 10 year lease. The next ten years will be about bringing the outside in, in terms of a more immersive dining experience for our guests. For the last 13 years, Aniar has been a benchmark for the many possibilities for the future of Irish food.
