@AmazonHelp@amazonIN again the headache. False remark about the delivery. Now today is 3rd after the false remark and customer care are don’t know where is the replacement. Very disappointing and pathetic response from team. Or this is a new scam?

@amazonIN raised a complaint 8 days ago, till no resolution. Called today for follow up, assured that I will get the voucher within 4 hours but No mail/text. Third call and on hold for senior executives from the last 15 minutes.

@zomatocare Disgusting service. Who told you to group the order? It came 39 mins late, and the food was stale and inedible. To reduce carbon emissions then why 2 people came to deliver the food..Zero hygiene maintenance. This is pathetic
