Been exploring Magic Hood lately 🪄

One thing I find really interesting about Standard Reserve is how it uses net ETH flow as a signal.

Instead of blindly increasing supply, the protocol looks at how much ETH is actually flowing into or out of the ETH/$STANDARD pool.

When the pool is seeing stronger ETH inflows, the system can expand.

When ETH starts flowing out, it adjusts in the opposite direction.

So the monetary policy basically reacts to what’s happening onchain, rather than relying on a team making decisions.

The more I look into @standard_rsv , the more interesting the mechanism gets
