.@BCBSAssociation I am a stage 4 cancer patient in Arkansas. I have an HMO but was told I could get approval to go see an out-of-state Oncologist as this clinical trial is not located anywhere in AR. I need approval today. It was expedited and no one wants to take ownership.

@AdvocateRoma Yep! And a number of novel therapy is currently in clinical trial. I’m not afraid of chemo, I just want to be strategic. My PDL1 status means I can only take advantage of most immunotherapy in trials.

.@BCBSAssociation Purchased Medipak plan From local agent but was told it was Medigap plan. Brought RX list, was told BCBS plan would save $. It didn’t. One Monthly injection would have cost $81 on Medicare now costs me &400 monthly. I have terminal cancer. Money is tight.
