Finally!!
After years of censorship, Dr. @YaakovOphir and I managed to publish the “smoking gun” on the early cardiac safety signal for the COVID-19 vaccine in a major scientific outlet - EXCLI Journal (ranked in the 94th percentile in Biology 😱).

Within just two months of the start of the vaccination campaign, Israel had already warned health authorities in the U.S. and Europe: “We are seeing a large number of myocarditis and pericarditis cases in young individuals soon after Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.”

But the data behind that “large number” never reached the public. The signal was communicated to clinicians and the public only after a delay of 3-4 months. And even then, the risk was framed as “rare, mild, and transient.”

In May and June 2021, vaccination was expanded to adolescents, and ACIP concluded that the benefits of mRNA vaccines outweighed the risks, including among adolescents and young adults.

Now, we expose an authentic internal pharmacovigilance dataset from the Israeli Ministry of Health, provided to us by a whistleblower: dozens of deaths and hundreds of hospitalizations, carefully documented and reported to Pfizer for over a year, from March 2021 through May 2022.

Myocarditis or pericarditis appeared in nearly half of the hospitalization reports, and in more than 70% of reports involving people under 30. Among males aged 20-29, the figure was 82%, and among males under 20, it was 85%.

While these percentages cannot tell us how many such events actually occurred in the population, they do show just how prominent the cardiac signal was in the Ministry’s own records.

These are extremely serious findings with implications for fundamental medical ethics and regulatory decision-making. Three urgent questions demand answers:

Why was vaccination expanded to younger adolescents despite the emerging cardiac safety signal?

How was a categorical benefit-risk conclusion reached, especially in light of Dr. Ophir’s previous reassessment of Pfizer’s pivotal trial?

And what happened to the Israeli safety data after it reached Pfizer?

These records raise important questions that need answers. The public deserves to know what health authorities knew, when they knew it, and why this information was not made available when critical vaccination decisions were being made.And we need to know what Pfizer did with the safety data being reported to it.

בחיסון המרובע (חצבת, חזרת, אדמת ואבעבועות רוח) MMRV הופיעו תופעות לוואי של פרכוסי חום בשיעורים גבוהים יותר לעומת מתן חיסון משולש MMR ואבעבועות רוח V בנפרד. יש בחיסון המרובע כמו אנטיגן גבוהה יותר. 85 אחוז מהרופאים בארה״ב נותנים אותם בנפרד.

ההפרדה לחיסונים בודדים יש בה היגיון שכן המחלות הן לא זהות ברמת הסיכון שלהן. חצבת מסוכנת לילדים צעירים ותינוקות ויכולה לגרום למוות ולתופעות נוירולוגיות ארוכות טווח. לעומת זאת, אדמת, חזרת ואבעבועות רוח הן מחלות קלות בקרב ילדים צעירים ומהוות סיכון בעיקר בגיל ההתבגרות ומבוגרים (בפרט נשים בהריון). זו החלטה סבירה לחכות עם חיסונים נגדן לגיל ילדות מבוגר יותר ולתת אותם באם לא היתה הדבקה טבעית לפני. יתר על כן, יש הרבה עדויות שהכנסת חיסון אבעבועות רוח לתינוקות גרמה לעלייה בשכיחות של הרפס זוסטר (שלבקת חוגרת) באוכלוסיה הבוגרת שכן בניגוד לעבר איננו נחשפים יותר לוירוס לאורך השנים (דרך הידבקות ילדים), מה שגורם לדעיכה בהגנה החיסונית בגיל מבוגר.

לסיכום, הגיון בריא, גמישות ויכולת לבחור זה מה שרוב ההורים רוצים. אם ניתן להם מידע מדויק ללא הפחדה, נבנה מחדש את האמון במדיניות בריאות הציבור.
