Patience is a virtue that I don't have.
It's been about 4 weeks of consistent posting for Sapna and 4 weeks of working out 5 days a week. I don't have abs or a million community members.
Anyways, I keep reminding myself that slow growth is still growth and this is good for me
Yesterday, was day 7 of waiting for my civil wedding dress and I was getting kind of impatient.
Amazon really has spoiled us with same day or 2 day shipping.

@thesapnaco Instead of focusing my time on the never-ending list of things to do, I learned to focus my time on my energy. It's a new practice that I'm trying out- it's been helping with my stress and anxiety
I gave someone a smile and that made someone else smile. It was sweet :)
@thesapnaco Thankful for the judge that dismissed my case - no longer a criminal & finally have a clean driving record :)
Also, it's another beautiful day for our second lesson on neuroplasticity!

And they don't even know our full vision and they for some reason support your endeavors. And that is support and encouragement enough to continue these waves of emotions.
Anyways, this is hard! But very fulfilling :)
3/ Since launching, my emotions have been kind of like an EKG report every. single. day.
Is the content engaging enough? Are we empowering people to focus on their happy? Are we doing enough? Are we doing too little?
But then, you meet people that are so kind and encouraging.
And sometimes it's so easy to forget that all it takes is, to make a difference in one person's life
You might not change the world, but you will change someone else's world. What a privilege to have that honor
