Exactement. On a un capitalisme de parti unique, où l'égalité dans l'acces aux fonctions de l'état ne se fait pas par la competition mais par l'allégeance au parti majoritaire ou présidentielle,. Si les Dg qui occupent des postes techniques, d'experise validée étaient choisis non sur une base politique mais sur la base d'une compétition , certains ne seraient pas aujourd'hui sur une chaise éjectable. Beaucoup de Presidents de partis ou de mouvements n'ont qu'un but: etre ministre, Dg , Pca. C'est à dire avoir accès aux postes et aux ressources. Ce qui donne beaucoup plus avoir accès à une nouvelle classe: : celle d'une aristocratie représentative avec ses marques distinctives en Afrique. Les beaux habits, les grosses cylindrées, les belles maisons, les vacances à l'étranger. Autrement dit" s'èloigner "du peuple, se distinguer du peuple. Chez les grecs dont on a hérité du concept de démocratie, l'election c'est l'aristocratie. Alors que la démocratie c'est le tirage au sort. Platon n'etait pas d'accord pour la démocratie. Comment organiser le retour du citoyen dans la démocratie.
