@FLOWJamaica I am not sure what is happening with the so called fastest network.. For the past 2 weeks is nothing but drop calls, can't connect to calls, emergency call only. Data slow... even the internet at home is haunted ...What the hell is going on!!

@SagicorJa Tropical branch as to be looked at with how the teller line is managed when it gets crowed... their are tellers on the line closed off and the line is getting longer and longer. Someone should be there to say pause for a bit, run off rhe line then resume.

@orcjamaica if we are encouraged to utilize the online platform to make payments etc. You should also make the process easier to collect. I applied and paid online for letter of good standing. One hour later I am still waiting.

I was informed the car scratches would be dealt with by them and I made arrangement for Feb 11 at 8:15am to drop off my car. I arrived and no one is aware of my situation. This is beyond frustrating @AdamStewart

@atlautomotive on January 25th, I cane in for my 1st service for my 2024 kia sonet. It was returned to me unwashed and with scratches. I alerted the Kia rep, who also took pictures. She advised me the supervisor was not there but I would be contacted on Monday.

For that entire week I called and no one returned my call each time. Even after connecting with a supervisor I was advised I would receive a call the next day after they have reviewed their tapes. No one called back. The following Monday Feb 3rd I again called.
