Very poor service from @boohoo @boohoo_cshelp. I specifically paid for premier for next day delivery, yet they can't issue a refund when they haven't provided that service so I've paid for nothing. Pure greed from such a large company.

@One4allGiftUK that costs the exact amount on the gift card so then people lose out on value since you can't spend over the value of the card. And it's your company who then profit from that money. Absolute scam. I'd like my card value transferred to my own bank account.

@One4allGiftUK How do people who are unable to get to a store in person spend your gift cards with the online system being down? People may have disabilities or their personal situation may prevent them leaving the house. If they spend online, it is rare to want something (1/2)
