@iserhnigeria @femiagberotimi The session was full of insightfulness. I learnt that speaking out when necessary. Depression can be triggered and increased by negative people or the environment. Hence, staying positive is important. Taking care of one’s mental health is key.

@iserhnigeria @iswat_badmus I couldn't believe myself standing on a podium as the MC with more than a hundred people present prior to the class on the 27th. It's really insightful. The nervousness in me got redefined with the class, and I am sure I can do better now. Thank you, ISERH.

@iserhnigeria @OlayemiSaheedA @IserhC The class was an eye-opener. The idiom "Show me your partner and I will tell you who you're " really came into a better comprehension during the class. The kind of partner you choose goes a long way in one's life. I have also learnt how to be a better partner.
