UPDATE:
YouTube has reinstated all my channels only after my post went viral. It took them 5 months...
Huge thanks to the X community for your support, and to everyone who stood by me during these months. I canāt thank you enough š«¶š„¹
Special thanks to @OldMoneyLuxury and @DanielTChirwa.
BUT...
Iām not done -not while so many creators are still being terminated for no reason. Stay tuned!
This is how YouTubeās AI moderation is KILLING creators:
I woke up to my channel falsely terminated for āSpam/Scam.ā Then the rest were flagged for Circumvention. Heart in my throat.
I read the policies, wrote my appeal, and submitted immediately.
Then the ācareful reviewā happenedā¦
Denied in under 5 MINUTES. The same review thatās supposed to take up to 2 business DAYS.
Thatās NOT careful. And I know Iām not the only one here.
If this happened to you,
RT + reply tagging @TeamYouTube explain your situation, so they finally make a manual review
We all deserve to be heard and reviewed by a human, not AI.
notice how youtube always boosts your reach the second they demonetize you (yes they still run ads and pocket every cent)
seeing this pattern everywhere
we should start a movement - private all content the moment they demonetize you
no free profits for these scummy tactics
YouTube is openly lying about its AI moderation āworking normallyā
Over the last few months, we've seen THOUSANDS of posts trending on X, claiming wrongful channel terminations. The vast majority of creators got their channels back only after their posts went VIRAL.
This shows a SEVERE issues with the content moderation system.

This shows a SEVERE issues with the content moderation system.
Our content moderation systems are working normally ā weāve used a combination of automated systems and human reviews for many years, there havenāt been any large scale changes to these systems.
This number is in line with trends we've seen in past years (and isn't the highest - Q4 2023 was 20.5M). This quarter's increase was largely driven by a rise in attempted financial scams from Southeast Asia.
Me: Makes a new Clips only channel
YT: You are impersonating yourself
Me: Submits very obvious appeal that it was wrongly flagged, my accounts are even all linked together on backend to prove that.
YT: Sorry, you are still impersonating yourself. We "reviewed your channel carefully"š¤”

YouTube can build a whole Recap feature which no one asked for, just to show you what you watched. But they can't show terminated/demonetized creators a single timestamp of what they violated - something creators have been begging for for a decade.
They have billions for new features and tech to track everything for marketing, but $0 for transparency when a creatorās livelihood is on the line.

Iāve stayed quiet long enough.
Today, after 108 days, Iām saying this clearly:
YouTube didnāt just terminate 3 of my channels.
They terminated my career, my income, and my trust ā without showing a single piece of evidence.
Not ONE timestamp.
Not ONE video link.
Not ONE specific violation.
Just vague labels like āspam,ā āincentivization,ā ācircumvention,ā that even their own staff contradicted more than once in writing.
I followed every policy.
My content was simple, educational How-To tutorials.
No AI spam. No reuploads. No policy risks.
Yet I was judged by a machine ā and sentenced by a system that refuses to prove its own accusations.
Meanwhile⦠every creator who goes viral on X gets their channel back instantly.
One apology, one āour mistake,ā and suddenly everything is fixed.
So let me ask @TeamYouTube directly:
Is justice only for the loud?
Is fairness a privilege reserved for the famous?
Do small creators deserve to lose everything in silence?
I have 4,000 videos stored on my device.
I can publish every single one here if needed.
I have nothing to hide ā can you say the same?
This isnāt just about my channels anymore.
This is about the future of every creator who could wake up tomorrow to an automated death sentence⦠with no explanation, no evidence, and no human being willing to look twice.
Small creators matter.
Our work matters.
Our lives matter.
And until I get a real human review ā
I will not disappear.

I did what 99% of creators think is impossible - I legally defeated YouTube.
How does YouTube react? They're pretending it never happened.
Let me tell you a story that proves the system is designed to crush creators - even when you WIN legal case and the law is on your side š
ā”ļø June 2024: My channel "Chase Car" (20k subs) gets demonetized for "reused content."
I appeal. A HUMAN reviewer checks everything - my editing timeline, voiceovers, scripts.
They email me: "This is original content, you follow all the guidelines." Monetization restored. I'm relieved. A human verified me. I'm safe now.
ā”ļø November 2024: I wake up to find my entire channel TERMINATED. Same content. Same videos. Different result. Reason: "Spam, deceptive practices and scams policies".
Wait... what? A human JUST cleared me months ago. Since I was verified by a YouTube employee, I knew my content was fine. I was creating EV news/car review videos that the YouTube Team had already accepted. Yet, the AI bot didn't care this time.
I appeal ā INSTANT rejection from the AI bot.
Most creators give up here. But as a European Union citizen, I have the opportunity to defend myself as a creator using European Union law. I filed a formal case with ADROIT, an official European Union certified dispute body.
March 2025: Case filed.
July 23, 2025: Decision arrives (attached)
The verdict:
ā "Complaint is UPHELD"
ā "YouTube's termination was NOT RIGHTFUL"
ā "YouTube failed to specify violating content" and my channel should be reinstated.
An independent legal body ruled YouTube was WRONG. The best part? YouTube defended itself during the process but could not show what I had violated. I WON.
Here's where it gets terrifying - My channel is STILL terminated.
I've been emailing YouTube's legal team for 4 MONTHS. Bot replies and complete silence.
I never gave up; I fought fairly for my rights as a creator using the tools I had, and I won fair and square. Yet, they're acting like it never happened and the decision doesn't exist.
Think about that for a moment. Even when you:
ā”ļø Follow every rule
ā”ļø Have a YouTube employee confirm that your content follows the policies
ā”ļø Win an official legal case
ā”ļø Have a documented decision that your channel should be reinstated
...YouTube's AI system just ignores you, and contacting a human is impossible.
If they can do this to me AFTER I won, what chance does any creator have?
I'm not giving up. I am filing a complaint with the Irish regulator @CNaM_ie to force YouTube to honor the decision.
But I need your help: RT this and tag @TeamYouTube .
Make them respond, so they can't pretend this isn't happening.
Because if they can ignore a legal ruling, no creator is safe.

YouTube uses AI system to terminate channels - the MOST of the false terminations during the years happens in Q4 (October-December)
Here's the REASON...
Creators revenue is SIGNIFICANTLY higher in the fourth quarter due to a major surge in advertising spending by companies during the holiday season.
When a creator is terminated -they donāt receive the money theyāve already earned. YouTube might be just ROBBING creators...
