Sure, anything public could affect legal procedure but victims wanted private resolutions just for a CnD a month later.

Y'all are forgetting Qwel is the one who sent a cease and desist, despite EVERYONE asking for her to simply apologize, even if privately.

No money, no grand gestures, just an personal apology for closure.
