@HarvardBiz I practice all of these and they all have helped tremendously although not realizing it until this tweet. Even 5 mins of meditation twice daily has positive effects on stress relief.

1. Make a to-do list to organize what's ahead.
2. Keep a journal. Process your anxiety instead of keeping it inside.
3. Exercise self-compassion.
