@zomato @zomatocare In another order (order id 8067955053) sometime back the item was delivered with torn cover on complaining on they app they said they are looking into it and will get back but it's been a month now 😔

@zomato I ordered with order # 8167263579 a thali with paneer lababdar but received dal makhani now on raising issue on app the zomato is very conveniently not able to identify the item from the picture or the bill, good way to cheat customers

@JioCare Very bad support and no option to rectify they will work at own sweet pace like govt. departments, my jio airfiber bill generated on 11 November already paid, just wanted the invoice for the same but getting errors on app
