Recently I sat down w/ @Graeme_Hinde, founder of #MH1; the #mentalhealth movement for the U.K. #fitnessindustry. I shared with Graeme my story since entering the fitness industry in 2010, and the birth and evolution of #Smilinggg and The Smilinggg Mile. https://t.co/iJ3uroFsyS

.@SmilingggJC was my personal trainer in Vietnam as both of us battled varying degrees, and intermittent waves, of #Depression β which James outlines here. He was a huge help to me, and it's inspring to see him putting his experience to great use. https://t.co/zQk9PtAloC

The last couple of days have been so much fun, running the snow dusted trails.
The conditions heighten ones senses - the wind chill on the cheeks, the crunching of snow and ice under foot, the harshness of a deep inhale on the back of the throat.
Yet to stay still for too long, a mistake. Natureβs way of encouragement - to keep moving forward, no matter how slowly you step.
A wonderful lesson in letting go. You adapt to the conditions, the conditions donβt adapt to you. An innate vulnerability that makes total sense.
