I am not a member of the SOGEISC (Sexual Orientation, Gender Expression & Identity, Sex Characteristics) community(LGBTQIA+), but I am a dedicated ally. Being a strong ally is not difficult; it simply requires being kind and taking a few specific actions.
Additionally, we have organised various events this month to show our support for the community. By participating, we can collectively appreciate and acknowledge the struggles faced by this community due to our biases(conscious or unconscious).
