@EurekaForbes Thanku for the response. Please understand I’m laying emphasis on the need to adhere to the timelines coz if the technician reaches out over weekdays, there will be nobody at home. As an established company and a well reputed one, it shouldn’t be so difficult to honour timings.

@EurekaForbes I raised a service req (CM-090323-7140932) on 09/03 for servicing on 11/03. No response. I canceled it and raised another one (CM-110323-7192914) for 11/03 time 11 to 12. No response yet(1.39pm). Why give the option to select time if it can’t be honoured?

Customer support says they can’t do anything and in a rude tone. There’s one call per week to buy AMC. Once I’ve bought the AMC, there’s nothing that can be done?

@pharmeasyapp Your concern and response came in way too late. You should first understand the meaning of urgency. It was a critical surgery and @pharmeasyapp proved to be an absolute failure!
