Great to see Rob Burrow get an MBE yesterday,been nearly 7 months since I lost Mark to the awful disease MND that Rob is fighting, he looks so much like Mark when he had it, that every time I see him it chokes me. A disease that is so traumatic, all involved suffer it's awfulness
