This lawsuit asks the federal court to scrap Utah's fair boundaries. Yesterday, I filed a brief urging the court to consider the real-world impact this would have on voters and candidates alike. I’m standing up for Utah voters, for fair boundaries, and for elections that aren’t rigged by politicians trying to protect their own power.
Whether voters choose me, another Democrat in the primary, or a Republican in the general election, that choice should belong to them.
