I was the account holder for my late father who passed December 2022
I cancelled that virgin account when he died (in my name)
I then joined virgin for myself when I purchased a house December 2023
This is the only thing I can imagine affecting the referral

£50 each fantastic
Been told today that the reward has been declined
Both he and I are still using their services
What an absolute scam
Won’t be renewing !

He has been a virgin media customer for years.
I am a returning customer. As far as I know he arranged it through his account with Aklamio
When he logs onto his virginmedia he can bring up a rewards page where it was pending for months ….
