@Azy1Piece It's pretty consistently shown that proper technique makes you way stronger. For example, Kenpachi's main method of unleashing his strength is fighting like a normal person using Kendo. Ichigo also gains strength from properly understanding his powers.
@Azy1Piece Yammy is stronger than Ulquiorra in the same way that a land mine is more powerful than a man. At his greatest, Yammy has incredible reiatsu alongside a second form. On the other hand, he has few true techniques outside of the most basic hollow abilities.
