@LisaRob02010998 @drlouisenewson The general advice is that you move to continuous HRT a year after your last period. The continuous progesterone is needed to keep a healthy womb. I’d always advise getting professional guidance as everyone is a little different and can tolerate (or not) different hormones/types

I wish everyone the love & comfort they need in 2024. Since changing to continuous HRT I’ve been feeling worryingly low and today I spoke to a doctor at @drlouisenewson clinic. The relief is real. She showed me such care and kindness. Thank you. #menopause #hrt

4 years ago tomorrow I took on a project in the NE as 50% of my role. Today we had our first meet as the #suicideprevention team which now has seven staff members. Incredible to see how much this work has grown & brilliant collaborative working across the region
