@veronan12 @RoushKSR I’m not sure we can. I have been in the green forever. Most Saturdays I’m one of the first ones in and last ones out.
Most people in other lots think it won’t affect them but UK will redistribute parking passes based on K Fund points. So it won’t matter what lot you are in now.

@JaycobBBNLex @RoushKSR I don’t think you do. What is phase 3? I have read through the plans and have only seen two phases. There were 4 options each with 2 phases.

@MaryStewart01 @RoushKSR Yeah I sat in a parking garage in Knoxville for over an hour without moving an inch after a football game two years ago.
It is also pretty pointless to tailgate in a parking garage.
