The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association pretends to represent ranchers; it doesn’t. In fact representatives of the big four processors are members and hold influence through its industry councils (foreign-owned included).

Hence, they support importing cheap, low quality, abused, often diseased foreign beef and relabeling it as made in the USA so long as one of the packers passes it through its USA factory processing facility (which, ironically, employs mostly illegal aliens, and the packers have pressed the Trump administration for labor accommodations and against enforcement that would disrupt their workforce, all of which have been granted).

The original MCOOL and the proposed amendment to the farm bill requires that beef be born here, raised here and processed here before it can be labeled made in the USA. It simply requires truth. Nothing more. But the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, and Oklahoma’s own Cattlemen’s association, don’t care much for truth. They just want their beef checkoff and the additional financial support provided by the packers.

NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested.

The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son.

Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head.

He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018.

Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon.

"Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts.

Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook.

"The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said.

"Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell."

"Today though im having a hard time trying to figure out how to go on with life. Knowing that this monster gets to walk free and live his life, while I lay in this bed and my baby boy is in the grave. This may be my breaking point."
