@toastpos has been experiencing "unusually high" call volumes for like at least 2-3 weeks .... on hold trying to get system online for 45-60min on Saturday night is Ludacris. gave up after an hour & 10min last night. it's been a great weekend!
just an FYI for those keeping score at home .... @UberEats hasn't paid us for orders received since January 25th.
they currently owe us $25k.
it's been several (6) weeks since they realized a hacker got in & changed the payment details to a fraudulent account.

they do not answer emails or calls, we can't stop new orders coming in, but they stopped paying us our share about 2 months ago.

they're up to $35k .... they're system was hacked, and the payment details were changed to a random bank account. they froze the account, but only the payout portion of it. so they keep taking orders, that we have to send to guests.
@NFL we spend about $12k a year on NFL games at the bars .... now tomorrow, we have to add another subscription to stream a playoff game on 8 different TVs, which won't sync up to the same time?!
you have an answer to sync the game so we're all watching at the same time?!
