16 tools i actually use. no fluff. no sponsorship.
saved me hours every week as a non-tech founder building with AI. if u need just save this
number 16 is the one that changed my BD workflow the most. =))
which ones are missing from your stack? 👇
i asked @grok to design a game concept. then rebuilt it in @cursor_ai with zero coding background. =))
this is BidKing a real-time PvP auction game for anime collectibles.
here's how it works:
→ join a room (Bronze / Silver / Gold — pick your risk) → each round, a random collectible goes up for auction → bid with your in-game balance before the timer hits zero → items range from Trash to Legendary — you don't know what you're getting → win the auction, collect the item, flip it for profit → whoever ends with the highest portfolio value wins
the chaos part: everyone's bidding at the same time. you can go all-in. you can bluff. you can let someone overpay then snipe the next round.
it's an anime gacha + poker + auction house had a baby. =))
still a demo. still rough around the edges. but @grok designed it base code , @cursor_ai built it, and a non-tech founder shipped it.
that's the part i'm most proud of. =))
set up @openclaw yesterday.
woke up this morning to 100+ leads already collected.
World Bank. ADB. EBRD. UNGM. real procurement opportunities. real budget.
> my BD team used to spend hours every morning hunting for these manually.
now it runs while i sleep.
> not magic. just the right automation pointed at the right place. =))
non-tech founder things
here's my actual AI workflow as a non-tech founder.
@openclaw for automation. @claudeai for building. @OpenAI when i know what i want.
not magic. just tools used consistently.
non-tech founders, what's in your stack? 👇
twitter/x is the only social platform that doesn’t feel region-locked. it’s my gateway to join the global conversation.
but if the creator revenue sharing program is what caused all of this, then maybe the program should be removed instead.
because at this point, it’s not helping x. it’s ruining it.
so what now, do i have to say this today and then hear something completely different tomorrow?
are you saying content from vietnam will now only reach, or mainly be distributed around, vietnamese audiences?
or to put it more simply, is it becoming a case of each country only being shown to its own country? @nikitabier

i could tell you a thousand startup stories 🤣
but i’m sure none of them can be copied and applied exactly to your situation.
everyone has a different problem, a different timing, a different kind of stupidity, and a different kind of smart.
so the best thing you can do is give it everything you’ve got, take the hits, learn your own lessons,
and don’t listen to a damn word from anyone.
today was a pretty happy day. i signed a new contract that gives us solid momentum for this year and into 2027.
i also had the chance to meet more potential partners, and i’m hopeful this will lead to even more opportunities to grow soon.
if you’re working in tech, it solutions, ai, or web3, let’s explore how we can collaborate.
